About the Role:
B5 Investments LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to join our team in Watsonville, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a overnight environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly while guests rest. Responsibilities:
- Perform nightly audit of all hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily revenue reports
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
- Balance and verify cash drawers, credit card transactions, and daily ledgers
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management for morning review
- Monitor property security and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for overnight guests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless shift transitions
Requirements:
- Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong math and accounting skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) is a plus
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a consistent overnight schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent required
